Yes. Level 1 begins with the essential foundations, including technique, timing and tone. You don’t need any previous experience, and you won’t be expected to keep up with more advanced members.

You don’t necessarily need to begin at Level 1. The 9-Level System helps you identify the stage that best matches your current playing so you can focus on the skills that will help you progress.

Absolutely. Many eBassGuitar members are returning to the bass after a long break. You can revisit the foundations, rebuild your confidence and move forward at a comfortable pace.

No. eBass+ was created with grown-up learners in mind, including bass players in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond. You can take your time, repeat lessons and learn without pressure or judgement.

You don’t need to practise for hours every day. Even short, regular sessions can help you make progress. The important thing is knowing what to work on and practising consistently when your schedule allows.

No. The 9-Level System helps you focus on the courses and lessons most relevant to your current stage. You’re not expected to work through everything at once.

Speed isn’t the goal. Good bass playing is built on timing, control, tone and musical feel. You can slow lessons down, repeat them and develop your playing gradually.

No. You can begin without reading traditional notation. Tabs and other supporting resources are provided, and reading notation is introduced step by step when you reach that part of the system.

No. A working bass and a simple practice setup are enough to begin. You don’t need expensive equipment to benefit from the lessons.

That’s perfectly fine. Recordings are made available so you can watch them at a time that works for you.

No. You can participate in the community and live workshops in whatever way feels comfortable. Sharing your playing is encouraged, but never required.

Yes. The community includes players at many different stages, and beginners are always welcome. There are no silly questions, and you don’t need to prove yourself before joining in.

Yes. You can cancel your recurring membership before the next billing date. You’ll retain access until the end of your current paid period.

If you decide to continue, your selected monthly or annual membership will begin automatically after the trial. If it isn’t right for you, cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
