Yesterday I was thinking back to 2016…
Around April or May that year I started regularly publishing lessons to YouTube, June I released my first course and about the same time I started the The Bass Lab Facebook group.
That was the official start to eBassGuitar.
It’s been a crazy ride ever since.
Since then I’ve seen & helped literally thousands of folks with their bass playing.
Which has been a joy… because who doesn’t like seeing someone get better and start living out their bass playing dreams.
But it’s also given me far more than that… It's given me perspective and huge insight into the challenges most guys experience.
In the last 4 or 5 years I’ve helped 10 to 20 times the amount of players I taught as a 1:1 teacher in the preceding 15 years.
Believe it or not most guys struggle with similar ‘challenges’...
Which is why training programs such as my Bass Lab PLUS membership are so effective.
Here’s the thing: many players wait far too long before addressing these challenges… and ultimately it makes learning the bass far harder than it needs to be… which is a big mistake.
In today’s lesson I want to share 5 Legendary Mistakes that I see beginner bassists making all of the time…
… and give you some ideas on how to start fixing them right away.
