Hey, James here…

Most bass players are on a never ending quest to improve their tone.

Myself included!

After all it is our sound that inspires us.

So…

In today’s lesson I’m going to show you the basic principles of how to ‘EQ’ your bass guitar… so you understand how to use your tone controls to enhance your bass sound.

The great thing about the concepts in the lesson is they can be applied to any amplifier… regardless of whether it's got 7 knobs (like mine) or is more like the Star Trek Enterprise!

Also, don’t forget to let me know in the comments how you set your EQ… I’d love to find out!

Keep groovin’ hard,
