In this blog post I want to share another student whose progress on the bass guitar and dedication has blown my mind.
Meet Dana from Los Angeles, USA who started playing the bass in January 2019.

What's your name, where are you from and how long have you been playing the bass guitar?
Dana Goulet I started playing the bass Jan. 14 2019
Have you taken any bass guitar lessons before?
Never!
When & What made you join The Bass Lab PLUS?
I believe it was 4 months ago. I was looking for bass teachers and James sponsored ad showed up on my FB Page. So I creeped around for a while, and I thought about it, and he seemed really sincere about it. So I dove in.
What results have you seen since becoming a member of the Bass Lab PLUS?
My results have sky rocketed.. being more structured and focused. And that is because James has everything laid out in a sequence.
What has been your favourite course so far in the Bass Lab PLUS?
Well, hard to say. But the 30 Day Killer Technique Action Plan. Was an awesome work out for the left hand. I liked the blues course, the walking bass and Music Theory.
What have your friends, family or band buddies had to say about your progress on the bass guitar?
Every one is amazed at what I have accomplished learning the Bass Guitar. For me it became a passion. And after my 8th month playing I will be sitting with an old friends band in Los Angeles late October.

What are you looking to achieve on the bass over the next 6 months?
To not make as many dingers in songs. Be more aware of slowing things down and looping till I know it front and backwards.
What would you say to anyone thinking of joining The Bass Lab
What’s the saying, nothing to lose but everything to gain. Surely you will not be disappointed. The courses are geared to get you to understand the basics of music and slowly move you up to different levels of the song. It’s very important information that has helped me understand what I am playing.
